Over the National Day weekend, the Archippus Awakening Teams from Singapore and Malaysia went to Hong Kong to stand with the Team in Hong Kong to declare the AAA message as well as to celebrate the commencement of the very first batch of MAPpers* there.
*MAPpers are those who have gone through the Mentoring Aligning Process (MAP).
Days before our scheduled trip, there were news reports of flooding in various districts in Hong Kong with CNA reporting that “Blackened skies unleash torrential rain on Hong Kong, shutting hospitals, schools and courts, and turning the city’s many staircases into waterfalls.” (5 August 2025).
But the Lord was so very gracious to us. There was only a light smattering of rain, and only in the early hours of the morning despite the weather forecast. In fact, we felt that Hong Kong was warmer than Singapore.
Warm Welcome by AAKO-Hong Kong
Despite the various times of arrival, each group was warmly welcomed by members of AAKO-Hong Kong.
AAKO-Hong Kong members looked after all of us very well over the 6 days we were there. We feasted on the various types of dim sum, as well as many of Hong Kong’s famous dishes, such as roast goose, char siew, and crispy pork belly.
Media Interview with Kingdom Ministries
Before the AAA Seminar, we had a media interview for Henson and Ruby with Ps Mabel Tai of Kingdom Ministries at their studio.
It allowed Henson to share the heartbeat of Archippus Awakening with her ministry and reach out to a greater group of people in Hong Kong.
AAA Declared

All the months of preparation by Ruby and her team came to fruition when the AAA Seminar finally kicked off with Henson introducing Archippus to our Hong Kong brothers and sisters.
Four teaching sessions by Henson and two Archippian Story sharing by Ruby and Cecilia were packed into the 9am to 5pm seminar.
Say To Archippus and Alignment Check books in English and Mandarin were also made available to the participants who wanted to find out more about being Awakened, Aligned and Assigned.

Goodbye Hong Kong – For Now
Post-seminar, we spent some time debriefing the teams to learn how we can improve on certain aspects of the seminar, should we decide to hold more seminars in the future.
We also spent a little time shopping and sightseeing parts of Hong Kong before the team departed for Singapore and Sabah.

Highlights of the Trip
One of the many highlights of the trip would be the AASG and AAKOHK teams finally meeting up face-to-face and working with each other. Here is what our team members have to say about it.
RUBY (Hong Kong), “The AAKOHK team is small, and our resources are limited, yet God began opening doors in remarkable ways. God sovereignly sent servants with diverse gifts to support the whole event, proving His divine provision for this king-sized kingdom assignment. The faith of AASG and AAKO Sabah still moves me deeply. Before we even secured a venue, they purchased flights and hotels — a radical demonstration of koinonia that embodied the very “Building the Arc” vision we proclaim.”
IRENE (Singapore), “It is amazing to be able to meet up with like-minded Archippuses and encourage one another to continue running the race as fellow soldiers on Kingdom assignments.”
SIEW HOON (Singapore), “I marvel at how Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia Archippuses are able to work together to make the seminar happen when we don’t really know each other.”
CHRISTINA (Singapore), “The highlight for me was working with the Hong Kong worship team, experiencing what it means to flow in unity with the Holy Spirit even though it was our first time working together, hearing what God has done in each of our lives and building the arc.”
QUEENIE (Hong Kong) shares, “I am very much moved by the love and support from the Archippian community. Partnership means relationship, trust, connection and more… God’s kingdom reigns across all lands and cultures.”
KAREN (Hong Kong & Singapore), “I am grateful to have the privilege to witness the partnership where AA SG, AAKOHK & AAKOSabah served together in unity, and I get to be a part of it. It was also enjoyable to have a fun time travelling with the team.”
EMILY (Malaysia) has this to say, “There’s a Chinese idiom “麻雀虽小,五脏齐全.” which means, “Although the sparrow is small, it has all the organs.” Although AAKOHK started small, they have everything that one expects to find and all in readiness. This encourages me to believe the same for AAKOSabah.”
JAMES (Malaysia), “Seeing the truth of Psalm 133 (unity) becoming a reality, my heart was very much encouraged.”
Prayers and Wishes for AAKO-HONG KONG
It is our prayer and desire that God will raise,
“A core AAKO-HONG KONG team, fired up by the Holy Spirit, diverse in abilities but united in spirit, to work together to encourage each other in declaring and spreading the AA message in Hong Kong that more will be awakened, aligned and assigned” (YEEN PENG), and that “God will provide all resources they need and show them His strategies ahead.” (SIEW HOON)
Press on, AAKO-Hong Kong! May the message of being awakened, aligned, and assigned see more Archippuses on fire for the Lord!!!
