Mentoring Aligning Process (MAP)
To get from AA to AO, soldiers must know how to read their maps and constantly check their bearings. In the same way, soldiers of the Lord must also know how to make sense of their own Archippian journeys that they may move purposefully on assignment for Jesus.
MAP is a 6-month aligning initiative of Archippus Awakening carefully structured and designed to help awakened individuals with the checking of alignment based on the A-R-E-A framework (Alignment–Refinement–Empowerment–Assignment). Beyond denominational distinctives and worship preferences, the focus is the kingdom of God, what it means to love and serve Jesus and the discovery and fulfilment of kingdom assignments.
mentoring
Through one-on-one mentoring sessions, MAPpers meet with their assigned mentors for clarification and deeper processing. This is where doctrinal beliefs get translated into personal convictions, and what is learnt is applied more personally and specifically.
aligning
In the group sessions, MAPpers are meaningfully engaged to interact with Scripture and with others in the body of Christ. Each session is entirely run and directed by MAPpers, guided and facilitated by mentors. MAP provides the platform for open sharing and authentic discourse.
process
More than just a course or programme that ends after six months, MAP seeks to equip Archippuses with a correct perspective of the on-going needed and process of the alignment check. A critical skill and discipline for all on kingdom assignment.
